Monarch Employee Care Fund

The Monarch Employee Care Fund supports Monarch's dedicated staff members who may experience financial hardship as a result of unforeseen circumstances, like a house fire, the death of a spouse or an illness or accident. The fund is made possible through generous donations from community supporters, families, friends and Monarch staff members themselves who contribute.
